Paneer pizza is a delicious and flavorful option for vegetarian pizza lovers. Here's a recipe for making paneer pizza:

Ingredients:
  • Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • Pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • Paneer (Indian cottage cheese), cubed or crumbled
  • Sliced bell peppers (red, green, or a combination)
  • Sliced onions
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Red chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the pizza dough package or to 450°F (230°C) if using homemade dough.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone. If using a baking sheet, lightly grease it or line it with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil to prevent it from getting soggy.
  5. Spread a layer of pizza sauce or marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, covering it completely.
  7. Arrange the paneer cubes or crumbles over the cheese, distributing them evenly.
  8. Add the sliced bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes on top of the paneer.
  9. Season with salt, pepper, dried oregano or Italian seasoning, and red chili flakes (if desired) to taste.
  10. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown, the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the toppings are cooked to your liking.
  11. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  12. If desired, sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro leaves over the top for added freshness.
  13. Slice the pizza into wedges and serve.
You can experiment with other toppings like sliced black olives, mushrooms, or even a drizzle of mint chutney to give your paneer pizza a unique twist. Enjoy your homemade paneer pizza!
