How to Make Hawaiian Pizza

Sweet Delicious Hawaiian Pizza Recipe

Hawaiian-Pizza

Hawaiian pizza is a popular choice that combines the sweetness of pineapple with savory ham. Here's a recipe for making a delicious Hawaiian pizza:

Ingredients:
  • Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • Pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced ham or Canadian bacon
  • Pineapple chunks or tidbits (canned or fresh)
  • Red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the pizza dough package or to 450°F (230°C) if using homemade dough.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone. If using a baking sheet, lightly grease it or line it with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil to prevent it from getting soggy.
  5. Spread a layer of pizza sauce or marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, covering it completely.
  7. Arrange the sliced ham or Canadian bacon over the cheese, distributing it evenly.
  8. Add the pineapple chunks or tidbits on top of the ham.
  9. If desired, add thinly sliced red onion on top for additional flavor.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown, the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the toppings are heated through.
  12. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  13. Slice the pizza into wedges and serve.
Enjoy your homemade delicious Hawaiian pizza!
