Delicious Cheese Dosa Recipe
Ingredients:
- Dosa batter (prepared in advance)
- Grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Finely chopped onions
- Finely chopped tomatoes
- Finely chopped green chilies (optional)
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
- Butter or ghee (clarified butter)
- Salt to taste
- Heat a non-stick dosa tawa or griddle over medium heat.
- Pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the center of the tawa and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
- Drizzle a little butter or ghee around the edges of the dosa and on top.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheese evenly over the dosa.
- Add a handful of finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies (if using), and coriander leaves on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt evenly over the toppings.
- Press the toppings lightly with a spatula so that they stick to the dosa.
- Cook the dosa for a few minutes until the bottom turns golden brown and crispy.
- Fold the dosa in half or roll it up like a wrap.
- Remove the cheese dosa from the tawa and serve hot.
- Repeat the process with the remaining dosa batter to make more cheese dosas.
