  6. Network Attached Storage (NAS): NAS devices are specialized storage devices connected to a network, providing shared storage for multiple devices. They are often used in homes and businesses to store and access files from multiple computers or other devices.
  7. Cloud Storage: Cloud storage involves storing data on remote servers accessed over the internet. It provides convenient access to files from multiple devices and offers scalability, but relies on an internet connection.
  8. Magnetic Tape: Although less common in consumer environments, magnetic tape storage is used for long-term archival and backup purposes in enterprise settings. It offers high capacity and cost-effectiveness but has slower access times compared to other storage technologies.
When choosing a storage device, factors to consider include capacity requirements, speed, reliability, cost, and the intended usage scenario. Many systems use a combination of storage devices, with SSDs for fast and frequently accessed data and HDDs or other high-capacity storage for bulk storage needs.

It's worth noting that storage devices can be internal (installed inside a computer) or external (connected externally via ports such as USB). Additionally, cloud storage allows users to store and access data remotely, typically provided by third-party service providers.
